Oh my, it's been a long time since I last posted. Christmas is over, gifts given and now time for new projects that don't involve a birthday for now.

I figured out how to line up my buttonholes in the Artista software. It took me three tries to get the spacing right, but oh boy, did it ever stitch them out perfectly spaced. A blouse I finished two years+ ago, all but the buttonholes and buttons, is now finished. Today, I'm going to work on two other blouses that I cut out about the same time and I'll pick up the buttons for them tomorrow before I head for Pittsburgh. It feels good to finish something for myself for a change.

It's so warm today that I was able to wash the salt and road dirt off of my car from my NE trip. It was looking downright nasty.

Tomorrow, I'm headed to Pittsburgh to pick up Jason who decided to make a quick visit to us before starting his college classes the end of the month. I haven't seen him in about 18 months. It will be nice, even if he will spend most of his time with the local friends. I get to run him back next Saturday and get him to his plane.
